Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with locally advanced head and neck squamous cell histology biopsy proven. Performance status more than or equal to 2. Estimated survival at least 3 months. Age between 19 to 70. Stage III and IVa IVb by TNM staging. Blood parameters Hb more than 9gm/dl ANC more 1500 Platelet count more 1 lakhs SGOT/SGPT less than 3 upper limit of normal Est Cr Clear more than 30 ml/min.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA DISTANT METASTASES PATIENT had history of malignancy excluding melanoma within 5 years or received radiation before. Patient with uncontrolled comorbid conditions. Pregnancy or Lactation. Patient not fit to give consent.
