Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Children aged 5-12 years with acute exacerbation of asthma with moderate to high Pediatric Asthma Severity Score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with complications of asthma (Pneumothorax)on chest xray. 2.Associated pneumonia. 3.Anomaly of the upper airway. 4.Allergy to Magnesium Sulphate.
