Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: WaLIDD Score range between (5-7) and (8-12) for moderate and severe PD, Persistent primary dysmenorrhea of more than 6 months Free from any gynecologic disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: psychiatric Disorder Secondary Dysmenorrhea History of any gynecological disease Professional athletic female smokers (as smoking may play a role in menstrual symptom alterations)
