Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical criteria 1.Children of age 4-8 years 2.Freshly extracted molar bilaterally in same arch or contralateral side of opposite arch 3.Grossly mutilated single first molars bilaterally in the same arch or contralateral side in opposite arch which are indicated for extraction Radiographic criteria 1.Absence of any periapical pathology with the abutment tooth. 2.Presence of succedenous tooth bud. 3.Presence of more than 1mm of bone overlying the succedenous tooth germ or less than one -third the root of permenant tooth formed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Absence of tooth in the mesial or distal side of the tooth to be extracted. 2.Children with Special health care needs.
