Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: National or State level athletes. Aged between 15 to 18 for junior category and 19 to 22 years for senior category. Athletes training for over 4 years with more than 20 hours training per week. Apparently healthy and NPNL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not competing in National or State level. Aged under 15 years. Training less than 4 years. Suffering from chronic illness.
