Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults above 18 years diagnosed with liver disease example cirrhosis, NAFLD, hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, etc. Patients with and without prior history of DM. Patients with or without glucose metabolism disorder to allow comparison. Patients who are willing to undergo metabolic testing, such as fasting glucose, HbA1c and oral glucose tolerance test. Patients providing written informed consent for study participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women, patient without liver disease, patients with severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric conditions that limit adherence to study protocols.
