Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. 1) All patients having Apple Baum score a. Fulfilling the criteria of Bandhyatva according to Ayurveda. b. History of Bandhyatva for more than 1 year of unprotected intercourse under 35 years or for 6 months for couples over 35. c. Patients having Beejadushti (Anovulatory infertility). d. Patients having Artvavaha srotosanga (unilateral or bilateral tubal blockage). e. All patients having one or more (Garbhsravi) abortions previously. f. Patient planning for IVF.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patient less than 20 and more than 40 years of age. b. Reproductive tract pathologies including Acute PID, STD, Uterine or cervical polyp, fibroid uterus. c. History of patient having any congenital genital tract anomalies like unicornuate, bicornuate uterus etc. d. Patient suffering from systemic diseases such as Diabetes Mellitus, Renal Disorders, Cardiac Disorders etc.
