Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
This study aims to evaluate the reliability and accuracy of sepsis scoring system in predicting sepsis, which may help us establish a standardised diagnostic tool, which facilitates the clinician in making a timely decision.Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed based on the data collected during the entire duration of hospital stay and after 28 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
We also intend to explore the possibility of variability in predictive cut-off of sepsis score across different age groups, gender & comorbidities.Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed based on the data collected during the entire duration of hospital stay & after 28 days
