Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Conscious patients, aged over 18, presenting with hip fracture to the ED Pain score at presentation (NRS) of 4 or more
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unstable vital signs (SBP less than 90mmHg and Heart rate less than 60/min), Presence of coagulopathies, Pre-existing cognitive impairment or psychiatric diseases, Polytrauma, Infection at the injection site, Polyneuropathy, Presence of prosthesis in the involved limb, History of local anaesthetic allergy, Not giving consent
