Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with age group of 18-28 years 2.Patients with complaints of painful menstruation and associated symptoms of at least three cycles 3.Patients in the category of mild to moderate as per WaLIDD score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with any systemic disorder will be excluded. 2.Any diagnosed uterine pathology like Menorrhagia, Fibroid, Adenomyosis, Endometriosis 3.Patients undergoing hormonal treatment for dysmenorrhea 4.Patients with heavy menstrual bleeding 5.In lactation 6.Patients with severe WaLIDD score
