Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 18 to 25 years 2. Any of gender 3. Subjects who have difference of 1.5cm or greater in Lateral scapular slide test- bilaterally or unilaterally. 4. Subjects who have Acromion to table distance greater than 2.5cms bilaterally or unilaterally. 5. Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any history of recent fracture/trauma in the shoulder region, scapula, spine, ribcage. 2. Known congenital defect in the spine. 3. Participants having respiratory, cardiac disorders. 4. Participants having in neurological or radiculopathy symptoms. 5. Subjects having postural abnormalities due to inflammatory or any pathological conditions. 6. Any contraindications for exercises.
