Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40- 65 years 2. Either sex 3. Patients with pratyatmak lakshna of Gridhrasi i.e. Ruk, Toda, Stabha, Spandana in the sphik, kati, uru, janu, jangha, pada 4. Sciatica patients up to the stage of P.I.V.D. shall be taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Age less than 40 and more than 65 3. Patients with other systemic disorders like Diabetes, CA spine, Caries spine, any direct or indirect trauma to spine, severe Lumbar canal stenosis, 3rd and 4th degree disc prolapse
