Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with constantly or frequently occurring neck shoulder pain more than 1 month. Subject with Forward head Posture and rounded shoulder. Subjects who will give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with upper or lower motor neuron disorders. Subjects who had undergone any surgery around neck or shoulder. Subjects with cervical radiculopathy. Subjects having severe spinal deformities. Subjects with degenerative changes in cervical spine. Uncooperative subjects. Subject with any type of malignancy.
