Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mechanical and non specific low back pain Well trained female Bharatnatyam Dancers with 5 years of experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pathological low back pain Presence of congenital deformity Any history of neuromuscular pathology History of spine or extremity surgery Dancers having any current or past training experience in any other dance forms or sports were excluded
