Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Prior diagnosed patients of parinamshool suffering from at least 1 year, who have done recent OGDscopy - Evaluated for kaphaja parinam shool out of five symptoms minimum one symptom should be present. - Age group 18-70 years, irrespective of sex, religion, socioeconomic status andoccupation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Known case of upper Gastro - Intestinal tract malignancy. 2) Known case of HIV, T.B. and Pregnant women will be excluded.
