Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All subjects who have given consent and signed consent letter will only be included. 2. All subjects diagnosed as CKD stage 1 or 2 or 3a or 3b. 3. eGFR greater than 30 ml by min by 1.73m2 till 90 ml by min by 1.73m2 will also be included. 4. Newly diagnosed and CKD follow up subjects with standard renal supportive care will also be included. 5. CKD Secondary to Diabetic or Non Diabetic condition will also be included. 6. CKD secondary to Hypertension will also be included. 7. Subjects diagnosed of chronic glomerulonephritis will also be included. 8. Known cases of CKD and already on standard renal supportive medications for minimum 3 months will also be included 9. Subjects having serum creatinine less than 5mg by dl 10. Adult population of age 18 to 70 years. 11. uACR greater than or equal to 30mg/g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CKD stage 4 and 5 and ESRD Subjects will be excluded. 2. Subjects with Serum Creatinine greater than 5 mg by dl. 3. GFR less than 30 ml by min by 1.73m2 4. Hb less than 8 mg by dl. 5. Pregnancy and Puerperium will be excluded. 6. Paediatric age group below 18 years. 7. Subjects with HIV positive will be excluded. 8. Subjects on long use of steroids and immunosuppressive medications will be excluded. 9. Serum potassium greater than 5.5 mEq by L will be excluded.
