Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age Adults aged 60 years and more. Individuals who are able to stand and walk independently or need minimal assistance. Self reported balance issues or fear of falling. Berg balance score greater than or equal to 21, indicating will need some type of walking assistance, like a cane or a walker also will be able to move around safely without assistance. Consent Participants who can provide informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants who underwent recent lower limb surgeries (TKR, THR or fractures etc). Individuals with conditions that severely limit mobility or balance (advanced Parkinson s disease, Severe Arthritis, Neuropathies and other neurological conditions etc). Individuals participating in other therapeutic interventions related to balance. Participants with severe visual impairments or uncorrected vision. Participants with medically Uncontrolled Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus Participants with medically unresponsive depression, dementia.
