Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Orbital fractures confirm in CT Scan 2.Enopthalmos less than 2mm 3.No signs of Diplopia 4.Willingness to provide consent and comply with follow-ups.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients requiring surgical intervention as per standard guidelines . 3.Pre existing orbital abnormalities or trauma. 4.Loss to follow-up risk (e.g. non compliance). 5.Patient indicated for surgical intervention

| Primary CT scan will be evaluated for Defect size & defect characteristics & with the help of computational segmental analysis we can determine which type of defect Characteristic will not have any orbital symptoms with minimal or no symptoms. By combining these measures clinicians can evaluate the effectiveness of conservative management & decide whether surgical intervention may be needed for functional or cosmetic reasons Timepoint: 1month & 3month | — |
