Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adults aged 30-70 years diagnosed with primary frozen shoulder. - Both genders, with a documented reduction in shoulder ROM and functional limitations. - Individual with diabetes mellitus. - No history of previous shoulder surgeries or other neurological disorders. - periarthritis shoulder stage 2. - pain and restricted range of motion more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Severe osteoarthritis or shoulder fractures. - Recent shoulder surgery or joint replacement. - Severe cognitive impairments preventing interaction with VR devices. - shoulder dislocations - shoulder impingement syndrome. - post surgical stiffness / trauma - Any other associate problems like bone infection, neurological issues, psychiatric disorders
