Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - No prior experience with VR-based mindfulness training. - Willingness to participate in all study sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Neurological issues (e.g., epilepsy, vertigo, severe migraines). -Severe physical impairments limiting VR use. - Use of psychotropic medication that may influence results. - Prior experience with VR-based mindfulness and yoga practice in last 3 months.- Any pre-existing condition affecting autonomic nervous system functioning, which may interfere with HRV assessments - Participation in concurrent relaxation or stress management programs during the study period
