Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All case with classical clinical signs and symptoms of Vicharchika will be included. Disease Chronicity less than 1 Year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of Vicharchika less than 10 year and more than 70 years. Chronicity more than 1 year. Non cooperative patients. Patients having severe bleeding ulcers. Patients having excessive purulent discharge
