Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. participants Free from systemic diseases. 2.Population -Patients with post extraction of mesioangular impacted mandibular third molar. 3.Participants are willing to give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with any systemic conditions. 2. Participants under medications such as anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics etc within the past 8 days. 3. Participants unwilling to provide written informed consent. 4. Participants allergic to Ultrasound gel after patch test

1.Reduction in pain intensity and increase in mouth opening post extraction of impacted mandibular third molars. 2.Improving the post-operative quality of life of these participants Timepoint: These outcomes will be assessed at baseline, 1st week and 2nd week post extraction.
