Intervention1: Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization: therapeutic intervention aimed at increasing soft tissue mobility and reducing muscle tension. It is given for 5 mins for hamstring muscle

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged between 20 and 40 years. Individuals with hamstring and calf muscle tightness (bilateral or unilateral). Participants who run at least three times per week for a minimum of 30 minutes per session. Those who are willing to participate voluntarily and have signed written and informed consent form. Participants who are able to complete 12 mins cooper s test. Participants with hamstring and calf muscle tightness measured by active knee extension test and knee to wall test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with no recent history (within the past 6 months) of lower limb injuries or surgeries. Individuals with any contraindications to physical activity or soft tissue mobilization. Participants currently undergoing treatment for any musculoskeletal conditions. affecting the lower limbs. Deep and superficial vein thrombosis. Allergic reactions to stainless steel. Any type of skin diseases. Acute severe low back pain. No recent injuries to the hamstring muscles and calf muscle.
