Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with Clinical Signs and Symptoms of ardhavabhedaka (migraine) modern-unilateral headache,nausea and sensitivity to light(photophobia),sensitivity to sound (phonophobia),pain onset last 3month because of headache effect on your activities ayurveda-Ardhshirovedana,bhru shankha vedna,shastra vat vedna,manya vedna,karn akshi lalat vedna. patients fit for nasya karma patients willing to participate in trial and follow up with a signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with severe systemic disorders as uncontrolled HYPERTENSION,Cardiac Problem,Diabetes Mellitus,Tuberculosis,Paralysis,Malignant disease,patients of sinusitis,Headache due to any organic lesion,Headache due to Injuries,Headache due to Chronic Systemicdisease
