Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patient above 30 years to below 70 years irrespective of any gender, caste, religion, socio- economic and educational status. b. Patient willing and able to participate in the study. c. Patient having classical signs and symptoms of Vishwachi according to classic such as - Hastatal, Pratyanguli, kandara, Bahuprushtha Ruja (Radiating pain to shoulder, arm, forearm and hand), Hasta Chimchimayana (Tingling sensation), Hasta Suptata (Numbness in hand), Bahu Cheshtapaharana (Restricted movement in arms)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patient not willing to participate in the trial. b. Patient below the age 30 years and above 70 years. c. Patient with history of any direct or indirect trauma to cervical spine. d. Patient having 3rd and 4th degree disc prolapsed. e. Patient with other systemic disorders like Pott s spine, CA Spine, Bone cancer, Fracture, Dislocation of shoulder joint, Spondylolisthesis. f. Pregnant ladies and lactating mother. g. Severe Alcoholic patient.
