Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The patients with informed consents. 2) Patient having sign and symptoms of Acute Gouty Arthritis with hyperuricemia are considered for the present study. 3) Newly diagnosed cases of Acute Gouty Arthritis w.s.r to Paithika Vathasonitha . 4) Patients of 18- 70 years of age. 5) All genders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients below 18 and above 70years of Age. 2) Chronic cases of Gouty Arthritis. 3) Patients associated with other metabolic disorder and systemic Disorders. 4) Patients of autoimmune joint disorder except RA. 5) Patients suffering from carcinoma. 6) Pregnant and lactating mother. 7) Patient suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease
