Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Radiographers aged between 20-30 years who are regularly scheduled for night shifts. The radiographers who have agreed to give the written informed consent who will be fully informed about the study Protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with any cardiovascular conditions are excluded. Those taking medications that significantly impact vascular function are not eligible. Individuals unable to provide informed consent will be excluded from the study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Vascular functions - blood vessel diameter, vascular shear stress, and Doppler ultrasound will be used to measure the blood flow velocityTimepoint: 1 hour after baseline measure

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Post night duty sleep assessment scale (PNDSA), we will ask questionnaire about post night duty sleep experience. The N Back memory test and the Eriksen Flanker test will be used to evaluate cognitive function. We ll evaluate the stimuli s accuracy and reaction timesTimepoint: 1 hour after baseline measure
