Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with the complaint of acute soft injury, Accident injury and injury caused by blunt object , fall, twist and blow to the body. Participants between 20-40 years of age having sprain, strain ; injuries within 24 hrs ; with classical signs and symptoms of traumatic inflammation will be the included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All type of fractures and dislocation ; ligament tear and tendon tears (2nd & 3rd degree); patients with HbA1c more than 7; traumatic wound with infection and patient under medication for traumatic inflammations were excluded.

The secondary outcome involves : 1. To evaluate the TDD of Manjistadi lepa on In-vitro Model. 2. Pain assessment by VAS Scale. 3. To assess anti-inflammatory property of the adhesive dressing in Soft tissue Injury using SF-36 questionnaire. Timepoint: 0-24hrs- VAScale , Sf 36, peel test 24-48hrs- VAScale , Sf 36, peel test 48-72hrs-VAScale , Sf 36, peel test
