Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational badminton players who play for 2-3 hours a week Age 18-25 years old Male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pain in neck and shoulder Any recent shoulder injuries like fractures, sprain, strains, etc occurring in the past 6 months Any recent wrist injuries occurring in the past 6 months

Shoulder proprioception and Shoulder strengthTimepoint: Shoulder proprioception will be assessed at baseline followed by 20 minutes after the simulated badminton match for participant A and 40 minutes after the match for participant B. Strength will be assessed at baseline followed by 20 minutes after the simulated badminton match for participant A and 40 minutes after the match for participant B
