Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are willing to participate as volunteer in the study with written informed consent. Subjects aged 25 to 65 years both genders Subjects with at least one of the following factors: cholesterol level more than 200 mg/dl or TG level higher than 150-239 mg/dl or LDL C level higher than 130-160mg/dL or HDL C level less than 40 mg/dl , less than 40 mg/dl for women and less than 35 mg/dl for men.) Smoking Hypertension on antihypertensive medications
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients who had a history of chronic or metabolic diseases such as diabetes, ischemic heart disease, hypertension, tachycardia, peripheral vascular disease, coronary artery disease, thyroid dysfunction, hospitalized, cannot follow therapeutic lifestyle modification. Pregnant and lactating mothers. History of coronary artery disease at an early age in the household (less than 55 years in males and in females under age 65 years old)
