Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult Patients posted for elective thyroid surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA III IV and V Infection at the site of block patient with hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism patient with coagulation disorder patient with retrosternal goitre
