Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients fulfilling Case definition 2.Patients in paediatric age group 3 to 12 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients could use any medications that could cause dyspepsia 2.Patients have any previous diagnosis suggestive of serious Gastro intestinal diseases 3.Major Psychiatric diseases 4.Cases with red flag signs pertaining to organic causes 5.Significant health conditions requiring speciality health care
