Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Clinically diagnosed cases of Kamala were taken for the study. 2 Patients irrespective of sex, religion, occupation & economic status. 3 Patients between the age group of 20 to 50 years. 4 Patients which agreed for treatment with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Age less than 20 years and more than 50 years. 2 Secondary liver diseases (Acute/Chronic, TB, Gallbladder/Liver Ca), liver cirrhosis 3 Infectious diseases (HIV/HbsAg/HCV). 4 Uncontrolled Diabetes/Hypertension. 5 Recent blood transfusion, Recent alcohol use, Recent use of hepatotoxic medications, Recent liver biopsy. 6 Severe mental illness, Recent major surgery. Pregnancy. 7 Unwillingness to consent.
