Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. body mass index (BMI)b/w30kg/m square to 40kg/m square 2. body circumference (hip abdomen breast) 3. waist hip ratio 4. willing and able to perform in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. k/c/o hyperthyroidism cardiovascular diseases severe hypertension pregnant and lactating women will be excluded 2.alcoholic and drug abusers 3.patients below the age of 18 and above 60 years will be excluded

after the completion of the patients medication period that is 60 days the changes in the symptoms of sthaulya will be evaluated and the results of vidangadi churna and mustadi kwathTimepoint: 60 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
based on the change in symptoms after the end of the patients medication periodof 60 days we will study the mode of action of vidangadi churna and mustadi kwath and study the realtion between santarpanjanay vyadhi and stahulyaTimepoint: 60 days
