Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MOTHERS with children from 3 months to 5 years age Borg CR scale greater than or equal to 5 Able to provide informed consent NON MOTHERS women with no shoulder fatigue

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of shoulder pathologies Any history of cervical pathologies Any history of shoulder or cervical surgeries Patients with metabolic disorders (diabetes mellitus, thyroid) Patient with cardiovascular diseases Pregnant women
