Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed case of Acanthosis nigricans 2 Irrespective of gender 3 Age group between 18 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with history of other dermatological conditions 2 Pregnant and lactating women 3 Patient which is currently receiving treatment of Acanthosis nigricans 4 Patient on medication like oral contraceptive hormone therapy and steroid 5 Other major systemic conditions including malignancy

To evaluate the effect of aragwadhadi gana choorna udwartana and vatsakadi gana kashaya internally in changing the severity of Acanthosis nigricans using Burkes quantitative scale.Timepoint: Evaluation of Burkes quantitative scale on 0th day and 31st day

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effectiveness of aragwadhadi gana choorna udwartana & vatsakadi gana kashaya internally in modifying anthropometry measures in Acanthosis nigricans Timepoint: Assessment of height weight BMI waist to hip ratio skin fold thickness will be done on 0th day & 31st day
