Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Toronto clinical neuropathy scale 5 score, Patients with clinical symptoms like Burning sensation in legs, Numbness , Prickling, Tingling sensation present in legs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vasculitis, Neoplasm, Guillain barre syndrome, Charcot Marie Tooth disease, Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, Amyloidosis, Other severe systemic illness

To be assessed by TORONTO CLINICAL NEUROPATHY SCORE and reduction of clinical symptoms(burning sensation, prinking or tingling sensation in soles, numbness present in soles).Timepoint: Measured by reduction of clinical symptoms after management for 21 days
