Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Low back pain of a nonspecific in nature 2) Young individuals suffering from at least a single episode of Low back pain in past 3 months or pain in past 6 weeks 3) With a VAS score of 4 and above 4) Engaged in less than 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Presence of neurological signs 2) No surgical history due to spinal problems 3) Having the specific disease
