Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)Based on the presence of any two of the following Rotterdam criteria; Oligo/anovulation Hyperandrogenism (clinical or biochemical) Polycystic ovaries in ultra sound (unilateral/bilateral) b)Other inclusions Female age between 15-40 years Amenorrhea Irregular menstruation Central obesity Low grade inflammation Ovulation related infertility

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital uterine defects High blood pressure Hemorrhagic cyst Chocolate cyst Any serious systemic illness Tuberculosis of the ovary and uterus Neoplasmas Pregnancy Lactating mother Congenital abnormalities Will be excluded clinically or based on the available medical reports.
