Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Incomplete spinal cord injury(Acute Sub acute ) Traumatic etiology Neurological level T1 and above MMSE score equal or greater than 24 GRASSP score equal or greater than 82 Age 18 to 55 years Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of psychiatric or other neurological disorders Patient who are on any medication to alter cognition Any secondary complication Any recent orthopedic surgery of upper limb or lower limb Contracture of hand Autonomic dysreflexia Any superficial implants Cardiac pacemaker skin lesions, or a rash at a potential electrode site Patients who are not willing to participate
