Inclusion criteria: 1. S.Bilirubin Total level less then 15mg/dL 2. S.Bilirubin Direct level less then 5mg/dL 3. S.Bilirubin Indirect level less then 5mg/dL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Ascites 3. Hepatitis B & C malfunctioning 4. Any of the hernia. 5. Cerebral pathology 6. GI disorders 7. Anorectal disorders 8. Orthopnea 9. Paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea 10. Fever (infectious / non-infectious) 11. Respiratory disorders or involvement 12. Acute or Chronic renal failure 13. Musculoskeletal disorders i.e. sciatica, joint pains, bone and joint deformities. 14. Uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, unstable angina. 15. Hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism. 16. Decompensated Heart Failure. 17. Other systemic diseases
