Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects with systolic B.P 140-159 mmHg and diastolic B.P 90-99mmHg and BMI between 25 to 29.9 kg/ meter square

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with history of stroke, neurological diseases, dementia, Parkinson s disease, peripheral neuropathies diseases fractures in lower limb, hip and knee replacement or any other surgeries, lower limb deformities Cardiovascular conditions- heart failure, rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, arrythmias, congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, aortic aneurysms Significant visual or vestibular disturbances Psychosis, epilepsy Subjects with uncontrolled systemic disorder, malignancy/cancer Pregnancy
