Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having clinical signs and symptoms of Vatika Grahani as per Charaka Chikitsa 15th chapter. .Patients having sign and symptoms of IBS as per Rome 4 Criteria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient who has a past history of Atrial Fibrillation, Acute Coronary Syndrome, Myocardial Infarction, Stroke or Severe Arrhythmia. Pregnant or lactating women. Alcoholics and drug abusers. Mixed infection with the parasites like round worms, hook worms etc. Patients with bleeding per rectum. Patients with malignancy. Patients having asadhya lakshana and updrava of Grahani dosha. Patients having concomitant illness like HTN, DM-II, Amoebic dysentery. Ulcerative colitis, Malabsorption syndrome, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases & Intestinal tuberculosis, Lactase deficiency diarrhea.
