Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants in the age group 40- 55 years diagnosed with perimenopausal symptoms according to Greene Climacteric Scale with a score above 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgical menopause Any known case of malignancy Known Psychiatric disorders Pregnancy Participants who are under medication for dyslipidemia Uncontrolled systemic and chronic illness Chronic respiratory illness
