Inclusion criteria: 1: Adult female between 18-75 years of age 2: Posted for MRM under GA 3: ASA I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patient refusal 2: Bleeding disorders 3: Patients on anticoagulant 4: BMI more than or equal to 35 kg/m2 5: Spine/chest wall deformity 6: Sensitivity to LA 7: Pregnancy 8: Inability to understand NRS and PCA device 9: Cureent chronic opiods use
