Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade 2 to 3 Age 18 to 65 yrs. Patients undergoing elective head and neck cancer surgery under general anesthesia

To compare intraoperative hemodynamics (heart rate, Systolic blood pressure (SBP), Mean arterial pressure(MAP) with iv nalbuphine or iv fentanyl with dexmedetomidine in head and neck onco-surgeriesTimepoint: 1 year from approval of CTRI
