Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Spastic Diplegic CP. 2. Age between 13 17 years. 3. GMFCS (Gross Motor Function Classification System ) level I 4. Ability to walk independently for at least 10 meters. 5. IQ greater than 50.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurological or orthopedic surgery in the past 6 months. (e.g. Botulinum toxin A injections to lower limbs in the past 3 months.) 2. A history of baclofen pump or selective dorsal rhizotomy. 3. Exercise induced asthma or cardiac problems.
