Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with symptomatic or asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis , apical periodontitis requiring root canal therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic conditions affecting pain perception, retreatment cases.Patients with Peri-apical pathologies(Abcess,cyst,granulomas).Patient requiring antibiotic medications.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1)Passive ultrasonic irrigation, Sonic irrigation activation,Negative pressure irrigation, will show better bacterial reduction than conventional irrigation. 2)Advanced irrigation activation techniques will result in lower postoperative pain, particularly in the first 24 hours. Timepoint: 6, 12, 24, and 48 hours postoperatively
