Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- The person with age group of 40-70 years. patients having the signs and Symptoms of Kacha (immature senile Cataract) like Avyakta Darshana (Durastha & Samipastha) Dwividha Darshana (Diplopia), Shiroabhitapa (Headache), Netra Ayaasa (Eye Strain), Vihwala Darshana (Irregular Vision). 2- Patients with distance visual acuity 6/9 or less.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Patients below 40 years of age and Above 70 years. 2- Patients having vision less than 6/60. 3- Patients having pathological changes in fundus. 4- Patients suffering from any symptomatic disease e.g. DM, HTN. 5- Patients having Congenital, Traumatic, Drug Induced Cataract and Hypermature cataract. 6- Patients unwilling to participate in the trial.
