Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: One hundred and fifty patients of either sex aged 18-60 years belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II scheduled for elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having Morbid obesity, vertebral deformities, coagulation abnormalities, and any patient who refuses to participate in the study
